DATA COLLECTION IS A PRIVILEGE AND A RESPONSIBILITY.

To create a buyer persona, you need to collect data methodically. Discipline is a key skill here. Every interaction with your customer is an opportunity to learn about them, collect data on their buyer persona, and improve your marketing.

Many people think of an interaction as an opportunity to make money. Very transactional. That’s their big marketing mistake!

Branding is what people say about you when you’re not there.

The Marketing department educates your customers.

The Sales department closes deals.

Each has their role, but they have to work in unison.
